At A-Okay Care,
you’re not just another participant.
You’re family. And we’ll treat you that way.
Our story
A-OKAY Care was created by siblings whose journey began with supporting their own family. Growing up caring for a family member taught us how powerful the right support not only affects the person receiving care, but the whole family.
Through years of enduring these during difficult times, we saw firsthand how essential it is to trust your provider, and how much harder things become without reliable support from people who understand your circumstance.
These experiences shaped us deeply and showed us just how powerful and necessary the right support really is. This gap in the industry is what led us here and inspired us to create a service built on trust, because we know how important trust is when it comes to your loved ones.
Greg’s experiences have also led him to create The Blokes Bible, a mental health journal designed to help men build healthier habits and improve their wellbeing.
Deanna’s work in disability support has been about showing up, and supporting people and their families in a way that truly makes a difference in their lives.
We believe feeling safe, supported, and understood starts at home, where confidence grows and people can truly thrive. We provide the same level of care and commitment we would want for our own family.

Meet the team
Greg
Co-founder
Greg is the Co-Founder of A-OKAY Care and brings a deeply personal understanding of how important strong, reliable support can be. Through supporting his own family, he experienced firsthand the difference it makes for the whole family when the person in need has the right people around them. These experiences shaped his perspective and played a big role in his decision to help create A-OKAY Care.
That same passion for wellbeing led him to create The Blokes Bible, a mental health journal designed to help men reflect, build healthy habits, and look after their wellbeing on their own time. Because strong support starts with strong people.
Greg co-founded A-OKAY Care with a clear intention to help create a service people can rely on and feel confident in. He is passionate about being part of something that makes a genuine difference and helping build an environment where people feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Deanna
Co-founder
Deanna is the Co-Founder of A-OKAY Care and has over four years of experience in disability support. She began her career as a support worker, where she discovered a genuine passion for helping people and being there during meaningful moments in their lives. Through this hands-on experience, she built strong relationships and gained a deep understanding of the impact the right support can have.
Over time, Deanna progressed into leadership roles, overseeing teams and coordinating support to ensure people received consistent and reliable care. This experience gave her valuable insight into both frontline support and the importance of strong, dependable teams behind it.
Deanna co-founded A-OKAY Care to create a service she knew would provide the best possible care for participants and do things the right way. Her focus has always been on showing up, building real relationships, and making a positive difference in people’s lives.
